Back to Basics Seminar Series:
The Back to Basics Seminar Series is designed to fill the needs of Paint Distributors, MSO’s, Dealer Groups, Associations, and other Collision Industry Support groups to bring management information to their collision repair customers. These programs are designed to fit into 2 to 4 hour timeframes and are economically priced to allow sponsoring groups to breakeven or generate a positive cash flow at reduced attendee pricing.
All programs may be customized to fit the individual needs of the sponsor, both in time and content. Sponsor logo may be inserted into the PowerPoint and workbooks.
Most importantly, these programs are high value, “street level” training programs written and presented by well-known industry professional facilitator Hank Nunn. These are not paint company programs. Instead, they are open to every shop and may be sponsored by anyone!
“Back to Basics Selling”
Selling is the lifeblood of any business! This interactive program is designed to provide sales skills to collision repair center Owners, Managers, Estimators and Customer Service Representatives. Many in the collision repair industry have become sales complacent due to the growth of DRP. Unfortunately, with total loss ratios exceeding 20% and the growth of the customer pay segment of the industry, that complacent sales process is no longer sufficient to fill the shop. “Back to Basics Selling” provides the motivation and information to capture more work for the collision repair center.
“Back to Basics Financials”
This interactive workshop is designed to provide the attendees with the tools to begin to run their business “by the numbers.” While collision repair center owners and managers do a great job managing the repair of damaged vehicles, many are unfamiliar with the information contained in a Profit and Loss Statement. This workshop reviews proper financial statement format and many other topics designed to familiarize the collision center owner and manager with the tools used to financially manage the business.
“Back to Basics Customer Service”
This interactive workshop is designed to provide the attendees with the tools to move beyond Customer Satisfaction. Customer Service fundamentals are explored with a focus on creating a foundation for the conversion of customers to faithful salespeople for the collision repair center. We’ll go beyond the Repair Order and utilize improved customer service techniques to manage CSI scores and begin creating Customer Loyalty!
“Back to Basics Production”
Production basics are explored with a focus on creating a foundation for doing everything right, the first, and only, time. From effective scheduling to Blueprinting and parts handling, this program is packed with ideas to reduce repair cycle time and increase shop efficiency and profitability!
“Back to Basics Negotiation Skills”
Negotiation is an all-day every-day event. Yet most in the collision repair industry have had no real training is the process of negotiation. In this program, negotiation skills will be reviewed resulting in improved negotiation results for program attendees.
